Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
The field of Neuro Linguistic Programming brings with it a range of tools and techniques for use by a therapist or by a therapist's client when back at home. NLP is a relatively new form of psychotherapy (1970's) and can be used accelerate the change process and to maintain changes after the close of therapy. NLP is a highly targeted form of psychotherapy and works well in conjunction with eg hypnotherapy and or EMDR.

Bill trained with John Overdurf and Julie Silverthorn in the USA, and is now an NLP trainer himself. John and Julie first coined the term "Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic Psychology" which combines NLP with aspects of quantum psychology.
