About Bill Frost - Hypnotherapy High Wycombe

Bill Frost originally trained as a clinical hypnotherapist in the late 1990s. He is an expert hypnotherapist and a senior hypnotherapy, NLP and EMDR lecturer. He lectures to an intenational audience with the London College of Clinical Communications & Hypnosis (LSCCH). He is also an NLP practitioner, trained personally in the USA by John Overdurf and Julie Silverthorn - ground breaking psychotherapists in the USA.

Prior to becoming a full-time therapist Bill used NLP within the corporate world to help generate organisational change. He has also applied NLP within the defence and technology sectors. He is a keen supporter of computer enhanced psychotherapy and has helped to develop a number of software based tools for the use of other therapists.

Bill has also climbed a number of high altitude mountains and is a former UN aid worker. His experiences as an aid worker in active war zones have enabled him to have a very good understanding of post traumatic stress disorder (PTS / PTSD) and the impact of highly stressful situations more generally.
