Biofeedback therapy
When we are stressed our bodies produce a number of effects some of which are measurable. When we can see how stressed or relaxed we are on a screen we can see in an instant which relaxation techniques work for us as individuals.
Bill Frost uses heart-rate as an indicator of stress levels which is measured via a sensor placed on a finger. It is totally safe and non-invasive.
The examples below show the difference between being stressed and being calm.
